The Employee Fiscal Fitness Program (EFFP) through the Consumer
Credit Counseling Service of Southern New England (CCCS)!
The EFFP Program is both voluntary and confidential and designed
to assist you in reaching your personal financial goals. Some
of CCCS's Products & Services offered are Budgeting and
Credit Counseling, Debt Management Plan and Internet Counseling.
CCCS is a privately funded, non-profit agency that provides
personalized, confidential financial advice and education
around debt, credit, money management, budgeting and housing
