Under the general supervision of the Network Administration Manager, provides ongoing support and maintenance of the Bank’s Wide Area and Local Area networks as well as PC software and hardware in conformance with established Bank strategies, policies and procedures. Performs any functions necessary, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to employees and customers.
Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or equivalent) in a technology field preferred. Candidates should have technical certifications such as MCP, MCSE, or Cisco. Minimum five years experience in an IT and/or business environment with extensive working knowledge of Microsoft applications. Must be able to work on several projects at the same time. Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to analyze problems, conduct research and develop appropriate solution. |
Post-Closer - Residential and Consumer Lending

Under the general supervision of the Residential and Consumer Lending Operations Manager, performs quality control audits on final signed loan documents received back from closings, ships saleable loans to investors in fundable condition, follows up on trailing documents and error corrections. Works with branch staff to maintain a strong and productive working relationship in conformance with established Bank policies, strategies and procedures.
High school diploma with a minimum of three years’ experience in residential lending or mortgage servicing. Post closing experience a plus. Must be very detail oriented with demonstrated organizational and communication skills. Able to use various types of office equipment and computer software such as Microsoft Office applications. |
