Wainwright Bank & Trust Company Announces 5% Stock Dividend
BOSTON, MA - May 16, 2005 -
Wainwright Bank & Trust Company (NASDAQ symbol "WAIN") announced that its Board of Directors has declared a 5% stock dividend to be paid on June 20, 2005 to common stockholders of record as of May 27, 2005. The Board also raised the quarterly cash dividend to $.06 per share, which in the future will be paid on all shares including the stock dividend.
